Overview
Archiving a Town Hall session disables all activities, switches it to read-only mode, and removes it from the dashboard. Members can access these sessions only from the Archived Sessions tab.
Who can archive a Town Hall session?
Only the organizer of the session can archive it. Organizers can also unarchive the session any time they want.
When can a section be archived?
A session can be archived only after the session is completed.
How to archive a session?
- Click Town Hall from the main menu in the left.
- From the list of completed sessions, select the required session.
- In the new page, click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner.
- From the dropdown, select Archive.
The archive option is available only after the session is completed/stopped.
How to unarchive a session?

Click Town Hall from the main menu in the left.

Click the ellipsis (...) found in the bottom-left part of the page.
- From the dropdown, select Archived Town Halls.
- From the list of archived sessions, click the one you want to unarchive.
- In the new page, click the ellipsis (...) found in the top-right corner.
- From the dropdown, select Unarchive.
- Once the session is unarchived, it will be listed under Completed Sessions.
