What is a Town Hall?
Town Hall lets you create Q&A sessions around any topic with the management or topic experts in a network. They are a great way to have a streamlined and interactive discussion with your network members.
Who can create a Town Hall session?
In the free plan, only the network admin can create a new Town Hall.
In the enterprise plan, everyone in the network can create a new Town Hall. However, the admin can restrict the network members from creating a new Town Hall.
How to create a Town Hall session?

Click Town Hall from the main menu in the left.

Click New Town Hall, seen in the bottom-left part of the page or the "+" icon in the top-right part of the page.
- In the pop-out, add name, description and select the participants for the session.
- Add panelists if needed.
- You can either start the session immediately or schedule it for later.
- To schedule the session, click 🔽 seen next to start now.
- From the dropdown, select Schedule for Later.
- In the date picker, select your preferred date and time.
- Once done, click Start/Schedule.

End Time
Specify the time until when members can ask questions in the Town Hall session. If no time is selected, the session will automatically end in 15 days from the start date.
Add Tags
Tags help with grouping similar questions. Questions with tags will appear on top in the auto-suggestion list when a user is typing out a new question.
Allow all participants to answer questions
On checking this box, all participants can add answers to questions asked in the Town Hall session. If the checkbox is not selected, only the panelists will be able to answer questions.
Zoho Connect's free plan lets you conduct only one live session at a time. Only after the a session is completed, the next session can be created. Also, the option to schedule a Town Hall session is not available in the free plan.
However, in the enterprise plan, users can conduct any number of sessions at the same time. They can also create and schedule sessions .
