Reminders and Notification preferences

Overview

Reminders and notifications help you stay updated about upcoming town halls and key activities during a session. You can set private reminders for yourself or send attendee-wide reminders to keep everyone on the same page.

Setting reminder for town hall

Hosts, network admins, and panelists can set town hall reminders for their own view or for all attendees.
To set a reminder,
  1. Open the feed post of the town hall.

  2. Click Set Reminder under start option.



  3. From the dropdown, choose whether you want to send the reminder to yourself or to everyone in the town hall.

  4. Select the time you want the reminder to be sent.



  5. Click Set.

 

Setting notification preferences

To get notifications on questions of the town hall,

  1. Click the info icon on the top-right corner.



  2. Click the three dots icon and select Notification preferences from the dropdown.



  3. In the pop-up, choose how you want to get notified.
