Zoho Contracts logs all the activities performed in the Admin settings in a central audit system that is easily accessible. These logs are vital because it enables you to trace all the changes made in the Admin settings.

All activities performed in the Admin settings are logged along with the user who performs the action. This means each activity can be traced back to an individual, which ensures better accountability and compliance. 

View Admin Audit Logs 

1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
   
2. Select Activity Logs from the left panel. 
   
3. Choose Admin Audit Logs from the menu.  
   

The Overview section displays the Top Activities and User vs Activities charts. The table below the Overview section displays the individual activities in chronological order. 

Note: 

• You can change the period for which the data is displayed on the chart widgets from the dropdown menu at the top.  
  
• You can view the underlying data of the chart by clicking the data marker.
  

1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
   
2. Select Activity Logs from the left panel. 
   
3. Choose Admin Audit Logs from the menu.
   
4. To search an activity, click Search  at the top-right corner of the All Activities section, then enter the text that you want to search with. The search results will be displayed below. 
   
5. To filter activities, click Filter  at the top-right corner of the All Activities section, then set the filter criteria by entering the values in the fields. The activities will be filtered based on the filter conditions set.
