Viewing Download Logs

Zoho Contracts allows users to download a variety of data whenever necessary. This data includes contract documents, signed contract documents, counterparty contacts, and counterparties. 


Admins can keep track of all downloads with the help of the download logs. They can view the downloads list and filter the downloads based on who downloaded the data, when, and the type of data downloaded. 


View Download Logs

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
  2. Select Activity Logs from the left panel. 
  3. Choose Download Logs from the menu.


The Overview section displays the Top Downloaded Data and Users vs No. of Downloads charts. The table below the Overview section displays the individual downloads in chronological order. 


        

Note: 

  1. You can change the period for which the data is displayed on the chart widgets from the dropdown menu at the top. 
  2. You can view the underlying data of the chart by clicking the data marker.
        

Filter and Search Downloads

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
  2. Select Activity Logs from the left panel. 
  3. Choose Download Logs from the menu.
  4. To search a download data, click Search  at the top-right corner of the All Downloaded Data section, then enter the text that you want to search with. The search results will be displayed below. 
  5. To filter downloads, click Filter  at the top-right corner of the All Downloaded Data section, then set the filter criteria by entering the values in the fields. The downloads will be filtered based on the filter conditions set. 


Download the Logs

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
  2. Select Activity Logs from the left panel. 
  3. Choose Download Logs from the menu.
  4. To download the logs, click Download  at the top-right corner of the All Downloaded Data section, then choose the format. 

Note: You can download the logs either as an Excel file or a CSV file.
