Customizing Amendment Letter
View Amendment Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Amendment Letter on the list of templates.
The amendment letter template will be displayed. You can also view a sample amendment letter by clicking the Sample Letter tab at the top of the Amendment Letter page.
Edit Amendment Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Amendment Letter to open the amendment letter template.
- Click Edit Template at the top-right corner of the Amendment Letter page.
- Hover over a text block, then click Edit
at the top-right corner of the block to edit the text.
- Change the text in the Language section. You can also format the text by using the text formatting options in the Language section.
- To insert Document Fields, click Insert Fields in the Language section, then choose a field from the list of System Fields.
- Click Update after editing the text block.
- Repeat steps 5 to 8 until you make the text related changes in the amendment letter template.
- To reorder the text blocks in the template, hover over a text block, click Reorder
at the top-left corner, then drag and drop the text block.
- To view the amendment letter template's preview, click Preview at the top-right corner of the Edit Amendment Letter page. Click the Sample Letter tab at the top of the preview page to view the sample letter. You can choose the necessary conditions from the Preview Options panel on the left.
- Click Save at the top-right corner of the Edit Amendment Letter page after you have edited the amendment letter template.
Note: The changes made to the amendment letter template will only be reflected in the new amendments.
Print Amendment Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Amendment Letter to open the amendment letter template.
- Click More
at the top-right corner of the Amendment Letter page, then choose Print.
Tip: You can also print the template from the templates list page. To do so, click More Download Amendment Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Amendment Letter to open the amendment letter template.
- Click More
at the top-right corner of the Amendment Letter page, then choose the format in which you want to download the letter template. You can either download the template as an MS Word Document or a PDF Document.
Tip: You can also download the template from the templates list page. To do so, click More
