Customizing Renewal Letter

View Renewal Letter Template

Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
Click Renewal Letter on the list of templates.

The renewal letter template will be displayed. You can also view a sample renewal letter by clicking the Sample Letter tab at the top of the Renewal Letter page.

Edit Renewal Letter Template

Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
Click Renewal Letter to open the renewal letter template.
Click Edit Template at the top-right corner of the Renewal Letter page.
Hover over a text block, then click Edit at the top-right corner of the block to edit the text.
Change the text in the Language section. You can also format the text by using the text formatting options in the Language section.
To insert Document Fields, click Insert Fields in the Language section, then choose a field from the list of System Fields.
Click Update after editing the text block.
Repeat steps 5 to 8 until you make the text related changes in the renewal letter template.
To reorder the text blocks in the template, hover over a text block, click Reorder at the top-left, then drag and drop the text block.
To view the renewal letter template's preview, click Preview at the top-right corner of the Edit Renewal Letter page. Click the Sample Letter tab at the top of the preview page to view the sample letter. You can choose the necessary conditions from the Preview Options panel on the left.
Click Save at the top-right corner of the Edit Renewal Letter page after you have edited the renewal letter template.

Note: The changes made to the renewal letter template will only be reflected in new renewals.

Print Renewal Letter Template

Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
Click Renewal Letter to open the renewal letter template.
Click More at the top-right corner of the Renewal Letter page, then choose Print.

Tip: You can also print the template from the templates list page. To do so, click More

next to the Renewal Letter, then choose Print.

Download Renewal Letter Template

Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
Click Renewal Letter to open the renewal letter template.
Click More at the top-right corner of the Renewal Letter page, then choose the format in which you want to download the letter template. You can either download the template as an MS Word Document or a PDF Document.

Tip: You can also download the template from the templates list page. To do so, click More

next to the Renewal Letter, then choose the format under the Download As section.
