Customizing Termination Letter
View Termination Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Termination Letter on the list of templates.
The termination letter template will be displayed. You can also view a sample termination letter by clicking the Sample Letter tab at the top of the Termination Letter page.
Note: There are two variations of the termination letter template based on whether the Party A is your organization or the counterparty. You can choose the Party A from the drop-down at the top of the Termination Letter page. Edit Termination Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Termination Letter to open the termination letter template.
- Click Edit Template at the top-right corner of the Termination Letter page.
- Hover over a text block, then click Edit
at the top-right corner of the block to edit the text.
- Change the text in the Language section. You can also format the text by using the text formatting options in the Language section.
- To insert Document Fields, click Insert Fields in the Language section, then choose a field from the list of System Fields.
- Click Update after editing the text block.
- Repeat steps 5 to 8 until you make the text related changes in the termination letter template.
- To view the termination letter template's preview, click Preview at the top-right corner of the Edit Termination Letter page. Click the Sample Letter tab at the top of the preview page to view the sample letter. You can choose the necessary conditions from the Preview Options panel on the left.
- Click Save at the top-right corner of the Edit Termination Letter page after you have edited the termination letter template.
Note: The changes made to the termination letter template will only be reflected for new terminations. Print Termination Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Termination Letter to open the termination letter template.
- Click More
at the top-right corner of the Termination Letter page, then choose Print.
Tip: You can also print the template from the templates list page. To do so, click More Download Termination Letter Template
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Contract Letters from the left panel.
- Click Termination Letter to open the termination letter template.
- Click More
