Collaboration Settings

Enable Track Changes for Collaborators

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
  2. Select Contract Settings under General from the left panel.
  3. Select Collaboration under Contract Settings.
  4. Check the Enable track changes mode by default for collaborators checkbox, then click Save.

Note: Once you enable track changes, it will be turned on by default for all collaborators with Write permission when the contracts are shared with them for collaboration.

Set Default Permission for Collaborators

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
  2. Select Contract Settings under General from the left panel.
  3. Select Collaboration under Contract Settings.
  4. Choose your preferred permission in the Default permission for collaborators section, then click Save

Note: Once you set the default permission for collaborators, the selected permission will automatically apply to collaborators in all newly created contracts.

Set Default Permission for Negotiators 

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
  2. Select Contract Settings under General from the left panel.
  3. Select Collaboration under Contract Settings.
  4. Choose your preferred permission in the Default permission for negotiators other than the primary contact section, then click Save.

Note: 
  1. The setting is not applicable for the counterparty primary contract, as they always have permission to edit and submit review.
  2. Once you set the default permission for negotiators, the selected permission will automatically apply to negotiators in all newly created contracts.
