General Settings

Set Contract Schedulers' Time Zone

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
  2. Select Contract Settings under General from the left panel.
  3. Select General under Contract Settings.
  4. Choose your preferred Time Zone in the Contract Schedulers' Time Zone section, then click Save

Note: 
  1. The contract's effective date, expiration, termination, and obligation schedules will be based on the selected time zone.
  2. Once you set the time zone, all newly created contracts will use that time zone by default.

Enable Auto Draft Complete

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
  2. Select Contract Settings under General from the left panel.
  3. Select General under Contract Settings.
  4. Check the Auto Draft Complete checkbox, then click Save

Note: The contract will be automatically marked as Draft Completed, provided all fields are filled.

Enable Backdated Contracts

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
  2. Select Contract Settings under General from the left panel.
  3. Select General under Contract Settings.
  4. Check the Allow Backdating Contracts checkbox.
  5. Review and accept the legal responsibility acknowledgement, then click Save.

NoteUsing backdated contracts can have legal and ethical implications. Backdating contracts can be considered fraudulent and may be illegal in many jurisdictions. It is essential to consult with legal counsel to ensure that any such agreement is in compliance with the law and to avoid potential legal repercussions.
