Deleting an Organization
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
- Click Delete Organization at the bottom of the page.
- Click Verify Now, then enter your password to verify you identity.
- Check the checkbox in the Delete Organization dialog box, then click Delete Organization.

Note:
- Only the Account Owner can delete an organization.
- You cannot delete the organization if:
- The organization is currently on a paid plan.
- There are multiple active users in the organization.
- Before deleting the organization, ensure you back up all your data by downloading clauses, contract types, contracts, reports, counterparties, and counterparty contacts from their respective modules.
- Any integrations connected with Zoho Contracts will be automatically disconnected.
- You must manually delete any data that was pushed from Zoho Contracts to other applications.
- The Delete Organization option is unavailable for organizations on bundled service plans (e.g., Zoho One).
