Deleting an Organization

Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
Click Delete Organization at the bottom of the page.
Click Verify Now, then enter your password to verify you identity.
Check the checkbox in the Delete Organization dialog box, then click Delete Organization.

Note:

Only the Account Owner can delete an organization.
You cannot delete the organization if:

The organization is currently on a paid plan.
There are multiple active users in the organization.

Before deleting the organization, ensure you back up all your data by downloading clauses, contract types, contracts, reports, counterparties, and counterparty contacts from their respective modules.
Any integrations connected with Zoho Contracts will be automatically disconnected.
You must manually delete any data that was pushed from Zoho Contracts to other applications.
The Delete Organization option is unavailable for organizations on bundled service plans (e.g., Zoho One).
