Managing Intake Forms

Update Form Properties

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel.
  3. Click to open the intake form that you want to update the Form Properties to.
  4. Enter the new form name in the Name field in the Form Properties panel on the right. 
  5. Enter the new form description in the Description field. 
  6. Enter the new label for the submit button in the Submit Button Label field. 
Notes
Note: Changes made to the intake form will be saved automatically.

Assign Contract Owner

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel.
  3. Click to open the intake form that you want to assign the Contract Owner to.
  4. Click More  at the top-right corner, then click Settings.
  5. Choose a contract owner in the Assign Contract Owner field, then click Save.

Share an Intake Form

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel. 
  3. Click to open the intake form that you want to share. 
  4. Click Share at the top of the intake form.
  5. Choose either Anyone in the organization with the link or Only specific users.
  6. Click  to copy the link and share it with the required users if you chose Anyone in the organization with the link.
  7. Enter the names or email addresses of the users if you choose Only specific users, then select Add Message to include a note. 
  8. Click Share.

Note: When Anyone with the link is selected, Zoho One and Zoho Directory users can access the form, provided Zoho Contracts is added to Zoho Directory.

Disable an Intake Form

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel. 
  3. Click to open the intake form that you want to disable.
  4. Click More  at the top-right corner of the intake forms details page.
  5. Choose Disable.

Tip: 
You can also disable an intake form from the intake form list page. To do so: 
  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel. 
  3. Click More  next to the name of the intake form that you want to disable. 
  4. Choose Disable

Enable an Intake Form

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel. 
  3. Click to open the intake form that you want to enable.
  4. Click More  at the top-right corner of the intake forms details page.
  5. Choose Enable.

Delete an Intake Form

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Select Intake Forms from the left panel. 
  3. Click to open the intake form that you want to delete.
  4. Click More  at the top-right corner of the intake forms details page.
  5. Choose Delete.
