Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
Select Clause Library from the left panel.
Click New Clause at the top right of the Clause Library page.
Enter the details like Clause Type, Clause Name, and Clause Title.
Click AI Assistant at the Language editor.
Choose Suggest Language to open the Suggest Clause Language panel.
Enter the clause requirements in the Instruction field, then click to generate the clause language.
Click to copy the generated clause to the clipboard.
Paste the generated clause language into the Language editor. You can format the text using the formatting options in the Language editor.
To add an alternate clause, click Add Alternate Clause, then add alternate language by following steps 5 to 9.
Click Create once you've finished adding the required standard and alternative clause languages.
Note:
Click to translate the generated response.
Click to regenerate the response.
To insert document fields, click Insert Fields from the Language editor, then choose a field from the list of System Fields to insert an existing field, and click Add Custom Field to add a new custom field.
Translate Clause Languages
You can translate the added clause language using the ChatGPT. To do so:
Click AI Assistant at the Language editor.
Choose Translate to open the Translate Clause panel.
Select a language in the To Language dropdown, then click to Translate.
Click to copy the generated clause to the clipboard.
Paste the translated clause language into the Language editor. You can format the text using the formatting options in the Language editor.
To translate an alternate clause, select the added alternate clause, then translate language by following steps 1 to 5.
Click Create once you've finished adding the required clauses.

You can translate the existing languages. To do so:

Hover over the Clause, click , then select Translate from the AI Assistant dropdown menu. It will open the Translate Clause panel.

Click , select Edit, then paste the translated clause language into the Language editor. You can format the text using the formatting options in the Language editor.
Click Update once you've finished adding the required clauses.
