Find Suitable Clauses

1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
2. Select Contract Types from the left panel.
3. Click New Contract Type at the top-right corner of the contract types list page.
4. Enter the details in the Basic Details form, then click Next at the top-right corner.
5. Select Create From Scratch to build the template from scratch in the Template form. You will be redirected to the Edit Template page to build the template as mentioned below.
6. Click AI Assistant under the Clause tab in the Edit Template page.
7. Choose Suggest Clauses to open the Suggest Clauses panel. 
8. Enter the clause requirements in the Instruction field, then click  to generate the suitable clause languages. 
9. Click  to copy the generated clause to the clipboard.
10. Copy the clause from the Suggestion panel, click Insert Clause in the Edit Template page, then select New Clause. It will open the Add New Clause window.
11. Enter the details like Clause Type, Clause Name, and Clause Title.
12. Paste the clause language into the Language editor. You can format the text by using the formatting options in the Language editor.
13. Click Create and Insert to insert the clause into the template, and it will also be added to the clause library.
    

Note:

1. Click  to translate the generated response.
2. Click  to regenerate the response.
3. To insert document fields, click Insert Fields from the Language editor, then choose a field from the list of System Fields to insert an existing field, and click Add Custom Field to add a new custom field.

Translation in Contract Types

1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. 
2. Select Contract Types from the left panel.
3. Click to open the contract type that you wish to translate.
4. Hover over the Clause, Title, Intro Text, Ending Text, or Attachments, click , then select Translate from the AI Assistant dropdown menu. It will open the Translate Clause panel.
5. Select a language in the To Language dropdown, then click  to translate.
6. Click  to copy the generated clause to the clipboard.
7. Click , select Edit, then paste the translated clause language into the Language editor. You can format the text using the formatting options in the Language editor.
8. Click Update once you've finished adding the required clauses.

1. Click  to regenerate the response.
