Click Settings in the top-right corner of the page.
Select Zoho from the Marketplace section.
Click Setup under the Zoho Contracts extension, then click Install.
Choose the user profiles you want to enable the extension for, then click Confirm.
Once the Zoho Contracts extension is installed, a Request Contract button will be displayed on the record's details page in Zoho CRM.
Note:
Only the Account Owner of Zoho Contracts, who is an administrator in Zoho CRM, can enable the integration. However, a Zoho Contracts admin who is also an administrator in Zoho CRM can configure the settings.
Once you select the user profiles and install the extension, you won’t be able to enable it later for any users who were left out during the installation.
Users with profiles that you selected during the installation will be able to initiate new contract requests in Zoho CRM.
To customize the Zoho CRM user profiles' access to the Zoho Contracts extension, click Configure on the installed Zoho Contracts extension in Zoho CRM and then click the Change Permission option on the Extension Details page.
The extension settings can be configured after installation from the Zoho Contracts - Settings page. Just click Settings at the top-right of the Extension Details page. If you don't complete this configuration, users won't be able to initiate a contract request.
