Sign Credits Add-on
Zoho Contracts is available as a unified subscription with Zoho Sign. When you subscribe to a Zoho Contracts plan - Standard, Professional, or Premium, you will receive access to all the features available in the respective Zoho Sign plan: Standard, Professional, or Enterprise.
However, some features or integrations incur additional costs regardless of your subscription plan. This additional cost is due to the feature/integration using a third-party service provider to meet the licensing costs and service charges levied by the provider for their services.
The additional cost is covered through add-ons named Sign Credits, which must be purchased separately in Zoho Contracts. You can buy Sign Credits at the time of your Zoho Contracts subscription, during renewal, or at any time at your convenience. The features that require Sign Credits, their consumption rates, and applicable plans are listed in the chart below.

Note:
- All organizations with a paid Zoho Contracts license—whether Standard, Professional, Premium, or Zoho One bundle—can purchase and use Sign Credits.
- Each Sign Credit costs USD 0.10, with pricing available in regional currencies on the pricing page.
- You can purchase Sign Credits in denominations of 500 credits (e.g., 500 credits for USD 50).
- You can purchase Sign Credits and monitor their usage under Subscription Details in the Zoho Contracts web application. For a step-by-step guide, see Buy Sign Credits.
- You can set reminders to receive notifications when Sign Credits reach low or critical thresholds. For a step-by-step guide, see Configure Alerts.
- Sign Credits do not expire and remain valid until fully consumed.
