You can manage your Zoho Contracts subscription on the Subscription Details page. It provides an overview of your current subscription details, such as your current plan, payment duration, next payment date, user details, and add-ons. You can also access the Zoho Store, where you can upgrade and downgrade your plan and users and purchase add-ons like Sign Credits.
Subscribe to a Plan
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
- Click Upgrade under Plan Details. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store.
- The plan in which you have started the trial will be selected by default. To choose another plan, click
in the Zoho Store window, then click the desired plan's Upgrade. - Enter the plan details, including the number of users, Lite users, and Sign credits, then click Proceed.
- Review your Billing Details, then click Proceed to Pay.
- Select your preferred payment method, then complete the payment.
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email with your license information.

Note: You can also access the Zoho Store by clicking
at the top-right corner, then clicking Manage under Subscription Details.
View Billing Details
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
- Click View Billing Details under Plan Details. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store to view the current subscription plan, billing details like payment method, billing address & other info, manage invoices, email recipients, credits info, and Zoho subscription balance.
