Upgrading and Downgrading a Plan

Upgrade a Plan

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
  2. Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
  3. Click Manage Plan under Plan Details. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store.
  4. Click Change Plan in the Zoho Store window.
  5. Choose your desired plan, then click Upgrade.
  6. Review your Plan Details, then click Proceed to Pay and complete the payment. 
Upon completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your plan information.

Downgrade a Plan

  1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
  2. Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
  3. Click Manage Plan under Plan Details. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store.
  4. Click Change Plan in the Zoho Store window.
  5. Choose your desired plan, then click Downgrade
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email with your plan information.
