Upgrading and Downgrading a Plan
Upgrade a Plan
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
- Click Manage Plan under Plan Details. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store.
- Click Change Plan in the Zoho Store window.
- Choose your desired plan, then click Upgrade.
- Review your Plan Details, then click Proceed to Pay and complete the payment.
Upon completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your plan information.
Downgrade a Plan
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
- Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
- Click Manage Plan under Plan Details. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store.
- Click Change Plan in the Zoho Store window.
- Choose your desired plan, then click Downgrade
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email with your plan information.
