Upgrade Users

1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
2. Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
3. Click Upgrade Users under Users to buy additional number of user and lite user licenses.
4. Enter the no. of user and lite user licenses in the popup window, then click Calculate Price. 
   
   
5. Click Make Payment, then choose your payment method, and complete the payment.

Downgrade Users

1. Select the Admin tab at the top of the page.
2. Select Subscription Details from the left panel.
3. Click Manage Plan under Plan Details to downgrade the users.
4. Enter the number of user and lite user licenses you want to downgrade, then click Proceed.
   

Note: If all available licenses are in use when downgrading, the most recently added user's license will be automatically deactivated.
