1. How to choose an alternative language of a clause and vice versa?

2. Is it possible to insert new document fields during the authoring process?
Yes, you can add new fields to a document by selecting the Fields tab in the document editor and choosing Fillable Fields. For more information, see Creating and Authoring a Contract.
3. How does a contract owner navigate through the document fields and fill them during authoring?
The contract owner can navigate through the document fields by accessing the Fields Form tab of the document editor to fill in document fields. For more information, see Creating and Authoring a Contract.
4. What is the default page size and font family set for contract documents?
The default page size and font family for contract documents in Zoho Contracts are Letter and Roboto, respectively.
5. Is it possible to change the contract document's page size?
Yes, a contract owner can customize the page size of your contract document by accessing the Page Setup tab of the document editor. You can choose from standard sizes like A4, Letter, Legal, and more to suit your needs.
6. Is it possible to use different fonts for a contract?
Yes, a contract owner can use different fonts in your contract document by accessing the Font heading under the Format tab of the document editor.
7. Does the contract owner be able to change the title and heading style of my contract?
Yes, the contract owner can change the title and heading style by accessing the Style heading under the Format tab of the document editor.
8. Is it possible to change the numbered list during contract authoring?
Yes, it is possible to change the style of numbered lists during contract authoring. You can adjust the format and appearance as needed by accessing the Paragraph heading under the Format tab of the document editor.
9. Is it possible to insert images to the contract document?
Yes, you can insert images to your contract document by accessing the Insert tab of the document editor.
10. During which status of a contract is the contract document available for collaboration?
In Zoho Contracts, the contract document is available for collaboration at any stage. Collaborators can work on the contract, make edits, add comments, and track changes based on the given permission. However, for terminated contracts, you can only share with View Only access.
11. Does Zoho Contracts support real-time collaboration between the collaborators?
Yes, Zoho Contracts supports real-time collaboration among collaborators. Multiple users can work on the same contract document simultaneously, allowing concurrent editing, reviewing, and updating of the contract document efficiently.
12. If the contract owner removes a collaborator, what happens to their contributions in the contract?
When a collaborator is removed from a contract, their access to the contract will be revoked. However, their contributions, such as comments, edits, and tracked changes, remain in the contract history.
13. Can I control the visibility of comments in Zoho Contracts?
Yes, you can control the comment visibility in Zoho Contracts. When you choose My Organization Members, only the contract owner, approvers, and collaborators with Write or Comment permission can view comments. If you select Everyone, then everyone within your organization and counterparty negotiators with the View comment permission can see comments.
