Zoho Contracts offers its subscription plans in a tiered pricing model where the higher the plan you choose, the more features and benefits you reap. A higher plan will include all the features of the plans below it. The four plans we offer, including a one-time free trial in the paid editions, are Standard, Professional, Premium, and Free. You can explore all the features of Zoho Contracts with a 15-day free trial that offers instant access without the need for a credit card or any commitments. Once the trial period ends, users will be automatically transitioned to the Free Plan. You can continue to access all the features by subscribing to a paid plan. The Standard Plan comprises features like contract authoring, approval workflows, negotiation, eSignature, and more. It supports twenty-five contracts/user/month and five hundred counterparties but offers unlimited contract templates and approval workflows. For more information, see Standard Plan.

Lite User Licenses: Users who do not require the full range of features can subscribe to a Lite User license. Users who only approve or collaborate on contracts can utilize this license at a lesser price.

The Professional Plan comprises the Standard features along with obligations management, Zoho CRM integration, audit logs, and more. It supports unlimited contracts, counterparties, contract templates, and approval workflows. For more information, see Professional Plan. 

The Premium Plan comprises the Professional features along with ChatGPT integration, in-person signing in signature workflow, signing via 3rd-party DSC providers - eMudhra, and more. For more information, see Premium Plan. 

Lite User Licenses: Users who do not need the full range of features can subscribe to a Lite User license. Users who only approve, collaborate on contracts, or fulfill contractual obligations can utilize this license at a lesser price.

Zoho Contracts also provides a Free Plan for up to three users, allowing ten contracts, five counterparties, and one approval workflow with limited standard features. It enables the users to fully experience the contract lifecycle management (CLM) right from initial contract creation, approvals, negotiation, and signature, and even perform post-execution activities. As the free plan is forever, customers can make amends or renew even long-term contracts without being restricted to upgrading to a paid edition. Zoho Contracts supports various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal, for monthly and annual subscriptions. Zoho Contracts allows users to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription anytime without incurring hidden fees or complications. There are no long-term commitments involved. You can subscribe to a Zoho Contracts plan from within the application by clicking the Subscribe button. You will be redirected to the Zoho Store, where you can choose your preferred plan, enter the plan details, and make the payment.
