
Note:
- You can add any number of attachments to a contract, but their combined size must not exceed 100 MB.
- If your subscription downgrades to the Free plan, you will only be able to view files and links that were attached during the paid plan.
Managing Files
You can view, rename, download, and delete the files attached to your contract.
View a File
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose file you want to view.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Attachments. - Click More
next to the file name, then choose View.
Rename a File
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose file you want to view.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Attachments. - Click More
next to the file name, then choose Rename. - Enter the new name, then click Update.
Download a File
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose file you want to download.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Attachments. - Click More
next to the file name, then choose Download.
Delete a File
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose file you want to delete.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Attachments. - Click More
next to the file name, then choose Delete.

Note: Deleting a file is permanent and cannot be undone.
