Viewing Agreement History
The Agreement History tab displays a list of versions of the contract that have been in effect, in chronological order. It displays the original contract at the top, followed by the subsequent renewals and amendments in the order of execution. The certificate of completion from the electronic signature tool is also available for each version. This tab is only available for active contracts.
View Agreement History
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract you want to view the agreement history of.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Agreement History.
Download a History Item
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract you want to download a history item from.
- Click More
- Click the name of the version in the Agreement History tab. The document will be downloaded in PDF format.
