Viewing Contracts


List of Predefined Views  

The contracts list page contains a list of contracts based on the predefined view that is selected at the top-left corner. Each view filters the contracts based on preset criteria.

  • All Contracts displays the list of all the contracts of the organization. This view is only available for administrators.

  • All In-progress displays the list of contracts that aren't signed yet. It also includes active contracts with pending amendment, renewal, or extension. This view is only available for administrators.

  • All Active displays the list of contracts that are active. This view is only available for administrators.

  • All My Contracts displays the list of contracts for which you are the contract owner. This view is available for both administrators and contract owners.

  • My In-progress displays the list of contracts that aren't signed yet. It also includes active contracts with pending amendment, renewal, or extension. This view is available for both administrators and contract owners.

  • My Active displays the list of contracts that are active and for which you are the contract owner. The active contracts with pending amendment, renewal, or extension won't be listed. This view is available for both administrators and contract owners.

  • Shared With Me displays the list of contracts in which you are one of the collaborators.

  • ​Having My Obligations displays the list of contracts that contain your obligations.


Search a Contract

  1. Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Click the name of the view at the top-left corner of the contract list page, then choose a predefined view.
  3. Click Search  at the top, then enter the title of the contract that you want to search.


The matching contracts will be displayed below.  


Filter Contracts

  1. Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page. 
  2. Click Filter  at the top, then set the necessary filter criteria using the available fields. 


The contracts list will be filtered based on the criteria set.
