Managing Signature Process of a Counterparty Initiated Contract

Mark As Signature In-progress

  1. Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click to open the contract in the Negotiated state that you want to mark as signature in-progress. 
  3. Click Mark As at the top, then select Mark As Signature In-progress. The contract status will be moved to the Sign Pending state. 

Mark As Signed

  1. Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click to open the contract in the Sign Pending state that you want to mark as signed.
  3. Click Mark As Signed at the top. 
  4. Verify and update the Contract Effective Date and Contract End Date, then upload the Signed Contract and the Digi Sign Certificate that you have received from the counterparty. 
  5. Check the Add Signer Details checkbox to add the signer details.
  6. Choose the signers from the respective dropdown list under Organization Representatives and Counterparty Representatives to add signers from your organization and the counterparty. 
  7. Click Add to add the Other Representatives, then enter the names and email addresses under Other Representatives to add any other signing representatives outside your organization or the counterparty.
  8. Check the Set Signing Order checkbox if you want to set a signing order.
  9. Click Mark As Signed once you have updated all the details.

Note: 
  1. You can upload the Signed Contract document and Digi Sign Certificate in .pdf format. 
  2. The maximum file size allowed for each document is 100 MB.

Add Signers of Different Phases 

  1. Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click to open the Renewed, Amended, or Extended contract that you want to add the signers' details.
  3. Select the Signature tab in the contract details panel on the left, then choose the specific contract stage you want to add signers to.
  4. Click Add, then choose the signers from the respective dropdown list under Organization Representatives and Counterparty Representatives to add signers from your organization and the counterparty. 
  5. Click Add to add the Other Representatives, then enter the names and email addresses under Other Representatives to add any other signing representatives outside your organization or the counterparty.
  6. Check the Set Signing Order checkbox if you want to set a signing order.
  7. Click Save.

Re-upload Signed Document

  1. Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click to open the contract in the Signed state that you want to re-upload the signed document.
  3. Click Re-upload Signed Document at the top, then upload the Signed Contract and the Digi Sign Certificate that you have received from the counterparty.
  4. Click Upload.

Note: 
  1. You can upload the Signed Contract document and Digi Sign Certificate in .pdf format. 
  2. The maximum file size allowed for each document is 100 MB.
