Edit Renewal Details
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose renewal details you want to edit.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Renewals. - Click More
next to the renewal that you want to edit, then choose Edit. - Change the values in the Renewal Details form as required, then click Update.
Note: You can edit the renewal details only when the contract is in the Renewed state.
Delete a Renewal
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose renewal you want to delete.
- Click More
at the top-right corner of the contract details page, then choose Delete Renewal.
Note: You cannot delete a renewal after it becomes Active.
View Renewal History
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose renewal history you want to view.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Renewals.
The Renewals tab will display the extension and renewal history of the contract in chronological order.
Add New Extension
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the Active contract that you want to add extension.
- Click More
at the top of the contract details page, then choose Add New Extension. - Enter the details and upload the extension letter in the Add Extension Details panel, then click Add.
Note:
- You can upload the Extension letter or document and Digi Sign Certificate in .pdf format.
- The maximum allowed file size for each document is 100 MB.
- Once an extension is added, it cannot be edited or deleted.
View Extension History
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract whose extension history you want to view.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Renewals.
The Renewals tab will display the extension and renewal history of the contract in chronological order.
