Calendar

The calendar view in Zoho Contracts is a one-stop place to view all your schedules and reminders. It's available in the right panel of the Dashboard module. 

You can quickly navigate through the calendar using the arrows available at the top, and view the contracts related to the schedules or reminders with just a click.  

On the calendar, the dates with events are marked with a blue line under them. Hovering over the date will display a preview of the event. 

The schedules and reminders of the current month will be listed below the calendar. Clicking the contract name on the listed event will redirect the user to the related contract's details page. 

Schedules

Schedules are different types of events of the contracts that are scheduled for a specific day. For example, a contract becoming expired, or a contract becoming active. 

The Dashboard module in Zoho Contracts displays the following schedules.  

• Contract Scheduled to be Active
  
• Amendment Scheduled to be Active
  
• Renewal Scheduled to be Active
  
• Expiry Scheduled 
  
• Termination Scheduled
  
• Scheduled due of Obligations 
  

In the right panel of the dashboard module, the user can choose to view only the list of schedules by clicking the dropdown menu at the top of the calendar, then choosing Schedules.

Users can also filter the schedules based on a period by clicking the time filter dropdown menu available at the top, then choosing the required period. They can also adjust the filter period by using the arrow keys available below the time filter dropdown. 

Reminders

The Dashboard module also displays reminders that are set for the user. You can set the following reminders:

• Reminder to renew contracts 
  
• Reminder to complete obligations
  

In the right panel of the dashboard module, the user can choose to view only the list of reminders by clicking the dropdown menu at the top, then choosing Reminders.

The filter options available for Schedules are applicable for the reminders as well.
