Working with Dashboard

Introduction

The Dashboard presents key performance indicators (KPI) and other metrics relevant to a particular business objective in a tabular or graphical user interface. They provide administrators with a high-level overview of their business at a glance, enabling them to make quick decisions. They also keep the other members of the organization up to date with the necessary information.

In Zoho Contracts, we have a set of standard widgets across different aspects of contract management in the dashboard. You can further filter the data in the widgets using the filter options available for each widget.

Note: The widgets displayed in the dashboard varies based on the user role. Find the list of widgets and the user roles that have access to them below.

Working with Dashboard

  1. Select the Dashboard tab at the top of the page. The dashboard widgets will be displayed on the left. In the right panel, a month view calendar with the contract related schedules and your reminders will be displayed. For more information on the right panel, see Calendar, Schedules, and Reminders.

  1. Based on the type of widget, relevant filters will be available at the top of the widget, which you can use to filter the data.

  1. To filter the data by a period, click the dropdown menu at the top of the dashboard, then choose the period.

The period criteria will vary based on the report. For example, the Contracts by Status dashboard will have the Contract Created Period in the date filter, whereas the Contracts Activity dashboard will have the Activity Period in the date filter.

  1. View your latest three approval requests under the To Approve widget. Similarly, view your pending obligations with the oldest three dues in the Pending Obligations widget.  To view all the data of these widgets, click View All at the top of the respective widgets.
  2. To view the underlying contracts in the Contracts By Status and Pending Contracts widgets, click on the widget data. The contracts will be listed with the respective views selected and filters applied.
