Requesting a Contract via an Intake Form
- Click the intake form link that has been shared with you.
- Enter all the details in the intake form, then click Submit.
- Preview the intake form details, then click Confirm.
- If the contract type linked to an intake form is deleted, the intake form can no longer be used to submit contract requests.
- If an intake form is disabled, it will not be accessible.
