Add a Non-Task Obligation
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract you want to add an obligation to.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Obligations.
- Click Add, then enter the details in the Add Obligation form.
- Leave the Add this obligation as a task checkbox unchecked.
- Click Add.
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract you want to add an obligation to.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Obligations.
- Click Add, then enter the details in the Add Obligation form.
- Check the Add this obligation as a task checkbox.
- Select One Time from the Task Type field
- Click Add.
Add a Recurring Task
- Select the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
- Click to open the contract you want to add an obligation to.
- Click More
in the contract details panel on the left, then choose Obligations.
- Click Add, then enter the details in the Add Obligation form.
- Check the Add this obligation as a task checkbox.
- Select Recurring from the Task Type field.
- Enter the details in the Recurring Task form, then click done.
- Click Add in the Add Obligation form.

Refer to the explanations for the fields in Recurring Task form below.
Starts From: Specify the date from which the recurrence should start. If you select Contract Effective Date, the recurrence will start on the day when the contract becomes active.
Due Every: Enter the interval between the recurrence start date (Starts From) and the due date of the first occurrence of the task. The task will keep repeating with the same interval between each occurrence.
For example, if you select today's date in the Start From field and enter 3 days in the Due Every field, then the first due date will be the day after tomorrow.
Ends: Specify the condition to end the recurrence of the task.
