Working with Reports
- Select the Reports tab at the top of the page.
- Select a report category from the sidebar on the left. The reports in the category will be listed below.
- Click to open the report that you want to work with. The report details will be displayed on the right side.

- To view the underlying data of a data marker (such as a bar in bar chart, or a slice in pie chart), click the respective data marker.

- To filter the report by a period, click the dropdown menu at the top of the report details, then choose the period. To set a custom date range, choose Custom Range from the dropdown list, then select the From and To dates.
The period criteria will vary based on the report. For example, the Obligations by Priority report will have the Due Period in the time filter, whereas the Average Cycle Time by Contract Type report will have the Contract Created Period in the time filter.

- To filter the report data based on other fields, click Filter
at the top of the report details, then choose the values in the respective fields.
- To refresh the report to reflect the latest changes, click Refresh
next to the name of the report at the top of the report details.
- To hide the left panel and view the report on the whole screen, click Hide Sidebar
next to the name of the report at the top of the report details. Click the same button to show the sidebar again.
- To download the report, click Download
at the top of the report details, then choose the format.
- To print the report, click Print
at the top of the report details.
- You can choose to view the report as a table, chart or both. To do so, click the View Type
at the top of the report details, then choose the type.

Note:
- Some reports only have a table and no chart.
- When downloaded in an excel file, the report will only have the tabular data and not the charts.
