Limit the maximum number of entries for subform

1. Open the form builder.
2. Select the required subform field.
3. Navigate to the  Field Properties > Display Type  section on the right.
4. Check the checkbox next to  Limit maximum entries  and enter a value of up to 500 in the input box that appears:
   

   

If the number of rows a user adds in a subform field exceeds the  Limit maximum entries  value, Zoho Creator will display the following prompt:
