Set custom form title

  1. Open the form builder.
  2. Click the Properties icon in the top-right corner of the form builder. The Form Properties pane will appear on the right.

  3. Navigate to Form Properties > Appearance > Form Title.

    1. Enter the required title in the While adding record​ field.
    2. Enter the required title in the While editing record field.
