The maximum size allowed for a multi-line and rich text field in a row is approximately 64 KB.
Multi-column layouts are not supported in forms if the check-box/radio-button fields are added dynamically through Deluge scripts.
A maximum of up to four display fields can be added in a lookup field.
If the Add new entries property has been enabled/disabled for a lookup field, then both the subform and main forms' data will not be imported.
Importing a new value (one that doesn't exist in the main form) to a lookup field within a subform is not supported.
The formula field reflects only the modifications made in the main fields and not in the lookup/subform subfields.
Consider a scenario where there are two forms: Form A and Form B. Form A contains a single line field, and records are added to this form. Form B has a lookup field associated with Form A, along with a formula field that uses the expression input.lookup.Single_Line. When editing the single line field value in Form A, the changes do not get transferred to Form B due to the limitations of formula field expressions, specifically in cases where the expressions involve input.lookup.<field> or input.subform.<field>.
Let's consider an Order Management application, which includes a Products form and an Orders form. The Orders form features a subform for adding products, establishing a relationship with the existing Products form. This subform includes a formula field responsible for calculating the amount, utilizing the formula field expression input.subform. Assuming the amount value in the product field is a single line field and its values are fetched into the subform, updating the value in the amount field (single-line) reflects the changes in the subform of the order form. However, it's crucial to understand that the expression used in the formula field does not update the value in the Orders form. In simpler terms, the formula field in the Product form is triggered, but the same does not occur in the Order form.
In live mode, the pick list of dropdown, multi-select, and lookup fields will only have 5000 choices listed. If there are more than 5000 choices, then the search bar should be used to narrow down results.
Similarly, in edit mode, under the field properties of choice fields (radio, dropdown, checkbox, multi-select), admin can view only up to 5000 choices. The remaining choices will not be visible in form properties and can be viewed in their entirety by admin under App IDE.
Certain field types, such as multi-line, multi-select checkbox, rich text, decision box, URL, image, audio, video, signature, and file upload, cannot be set as a lookup display field. You can work this around by adding a hidden text field (in the form where you're looking up data) to hold the value of the field you want to display.
Only one integration form can be created per module of the integrated service in your application.
Integration forms cannot be created for custom modules in your integrated service.
Custom fields of the selected module in the integrated service will not be listed in the field palette of Creator's form builder and, therefore, cannot be included in the integration form.
The fields in an integration form are predefined, so their field link name and field type cannot be modified.
The digit and character limits for the text and number type fields are preset, and cannot be changed.
