General

• Portals with custom domain name may not work in lower versions of IE (i.e) IE versions below 11.0.
  
• Since portal is specific to the Creator application, the Sign up option is not available in the Zoho Creator Portal iOS app and rebranded customer app for iOS.
• Field permissions for the Customer portal are not accessible in the same manner as user permission settings.
• The admin cannot import more than 1000 customer portal users at once. If there are 2000 users to import, the first 1000 must be imported initially, followed by the remaining users.
• Reasons for failed imports may not be displayed after the import process is completed, except in cases where there is a domain mismatch with the Super Admin. (This is a current limitation and will be resolved soon.)
• The option for page customization is unavailable for the Create Password page. It can be enabled for customers upon request, but customization will only be accessible outside the iframe, not within it.
