Configure Domain Restriction

This help page is for users in Creator 6. If you are in the older version (Creator 5), click here. Know your Creator version.

    To configure domain restriction:

  1. Navigate to Operations on the left pane and select Domain Restriction under Applications.

  2. Click +Add Restriction to add the allowed domains.

  3. In the popup, choose the Application and the domain to which the access has to be restricted to. If any of the existing users in your application don't belong to one of the whitelisted domains, an alert will be displayed.
  4. Click Enable in the popup to proceed to enable domain restriction by deactivating all the other domain users.

  5. Once the allowed domains are added in Domain Restriction, the status of all the users of the application will be listed under Users.

  6. Once the allowed domains are added in Domain Restriction for an application, you cannot change the status of the other domain user of the application from Inactive to Active. In order to do so, add the required domains to the allowed domains list.

  7. To enable or disable domain restriction for an application, click the enable/disable button for that particular application. If the domain restriction is disabled, users from any domain can be added to the application.
