Understand report publish

Publishing reports of an application will enable anyone to access it, even if they don't have a Zoho Creator account.
- Publishing the report will generate a permalink and an embed code for the component. The permalink can be shared with the users. They will only be able to access that specific component. The embed code allows the insertion of the Zoho Creator report into an existing webpage.
- Once published, any changes that you make to the Creator application will be reflected in the published report automatically. The appearance of the published report can also be modified to suit your requirements. These changes can be chosen from three sections: General properties, Header, and Footer.
- The republish feature will generate a new permalink and embed code for the same component while rendering the existing codes inaccessible.
Note: For the applications that have enabled Environments, you can publish only your reports that are in the Production environment.
