Adding portal permissions

To add a permission:
  1. Click Solutions under the Develop section.

  2. Click on the edit button on the required application.

    NotesNote: For Environment enabled application, please click Environment -> Edit.
  3. Now the development mode will be displayed. Click on the Settings button on the top of the page.

  4. In Settings page click on the Portal User Permissions option under Advanced settings section.

  5. The Portal user permissions page will be displayed. Click the Add Permission button in the top right corner of the page.

  6. The Custom permission tab will appear. Enter the name and set permissions for the permission set.

  7. To configure more settings, click on More. A dropdown list will appear. Select the required permissions. Then click Add.

  8. The new permission will be added to the list of the permissions.
Note:
For Environment enabled applications, the changes made to the Portal User permissions will take effect only after the respective changes are published.
