An approval workflow can contain one or multiple levels of approvals. Each approval level comprises of an approval block with approvers and a set of associated actions. Zoho Creator gives you the flexibility to reorder the approval blocks. When the workflow is triggered, Zoho Creator will execute the approval actions in the sequential order.

To rearrange the approval blocks,

1. Navigate to the Approvals tab on the Workflows page. The page will list all the preconfigured approval workflows.
   
2. Click the workflow name that you want to rearrange the approval block. The approval configuration page will open.
   
3. Drag and drop the approval block to the desired position.

4. Click Done in the top right corner of the screen to save the workflow.
