1. Configure actions for form workflows
Once a form workflow is created, the workflow builder allows you to define and configure actions that will be executed based on the selected record and form events specified during the workflow creation. You can add multiple actions within a workflow and define condition criteria for each action, ensuring that only the actions meeting the specified conditions are executed. By default, they will be executed in the order in which they are created. However, the execution order can be modified by rearranging the actions using drag-and-drop within the builder. This allows for flexible control over the workflow logic and the sequence in which actions are performed.
