Understanding on load actions
Let's assume you have an Employee Management application. In that app you have a Leave Request form which the employees use to submit leave requests. This is a simple form which collects the Employee name, phone number, start date and end date. Now let's assume you want your employees to avail leave only from the next week. You can achieve this by using on load script action to set a date for the Start date field. Then you can disable the field so your employee won't be able to change the date.
