1. Configure actions for schedule workflows

After creating a schedule workflow, you can use the workflow builder to configure actions based on the schedule type selected during workflow creation. For form schedules, you can also set custom criteria to run a specific action only for selected records, ensuring that only actions meeting the defined conditions are executed. Multiple actions can be added within a schedule workflow. By default, actions are executed in the order in which they are created, but the execution order can be modified by rearranging them using drag-and-drop within the builder. This gives you flexible control over the workflow logic and the sequence in which actions are performed.
