Drafts allow users to automatically retain their progress for a set amount of time before they are deleted. This means that if users are unable to complete a form or need to switch devices, they won't have to start from scratch the next time they open the form. They can review the draft, make changes as needed, and then submit the form.
The Save as Draft option not only saves time for your users, but also reduces the danger or consequence of inadvertent data loss.
The Save as Draft option can be configured by super admins, admins, and developers, while all other users can create and manage their drafts.
While filling out the form, they will see a Save as Draft button. Clicking on it will save the progress they have made up to that point.
The View Drafts option displays a list of saved drafts. Click on the required draft to continue editing, then submit the form.
