Does Creator offer a free trial?
Yes, Creator provides a free trial that allows you to create your application without the need for a credit card, ensuring transparency with no hidden costs. Moreover, there are no limitations on scaling requests in your application, enabling you to explore the capabilities of Zoho Creator.
How long can I use the free trial?

How do I find which plan I am currently on?
You can easily identify and view the specific plan you are currently subscribed to by navigating to the Billing section present in the left side menu.
Under the Current Plan tab, you will find information about your existing plan. Similarly, by selecting the Support Plan tab, you can view details regarding your support plan.
What are the pricing options for Zoho Creator, and what features are included at each level?
As of April 2024, Creator offers three predefined plans, each designed to cater to different needs. In addition, we provide the flexibility to tailor a plan specifically for you, known as the "Flex" plan, based on your unique requirements.
The initial plan is called "Standard," allowing you to create your first application and get started. The next plan available is "Professional," enabling you to develop applications for your team and department. Lastly, we offer the "Enterprise" plan, which empowers you to build comprehensive software solutions for your entire organization, addressing core needs and requirements.

What payment methods you support?

When will you start charging me?
At the end of the free trial period, you can upgrade your account to a paid plan to continue using all the features. Once you upgrade, you'll be charged based on your plan and we'll send you an invoice.
How long will my data be retained if my account is inactive?
Your account information and data will be retained as per the Zoho's Inactive User Accounts Policy.
I am currently using the Enterprise edition. If I move to a lower edition (Standard or Professional), will I lose my existing data?
No, you will not lose your data. Your data will be stored securely in your Creator account. Although you may not be able to add any more data if you have reached your limit as per your new plan. When you move from a higher to lower edition, you will not be able to access certain features that are only available in higher editions.
What kind of customer support is available for each plan, and how can I access it?
In all our current pricing plans, we offer multiple avenues of support to cater to your needs. These support options include:
- Mail Support: You can access our support team by sending an email with your questions or concerns. This method allows you to provide detailed information about your issue.
- Live Chat: Our live chat feature enables you to engage in real-time conversations with our support representatives. This instant messaging platform offers quick assistance for your queries.
- Toll-Free Number: We provide toll-free numbers for different countries, allowing you to contact our support team via phone. This direct communication method ensures prompt assistance.
- Dedicated Account Manager: With all our pricing plans, you will have a dedicated account manager assigned to your account. This individual will be your point of contact for any account-related inquiries or assistance.

How many users can I add?
Zoho Creator offers per-user pricing, so you can add however many users you want by purchasing licenses. This can be determined by estimating how many unique people in your organization will be accessing the applications you build on Zoho Creator.
We currently offer 3 plans to choose from-Standard, Professional, and Enterprise.
What is the storage limit that Creator offers?
With Zoho Creator pricing plans, Users can upload files while submitting data through your form ranging from 250 MB to 5GB per user depending on your plan. More details are available in our pricing page.
