How do I find which plan I am currently on?
You can easily identify and view the specific plan you are currently subscribed to by navigating to the Billing section present in the left side menu.
Under the Current Plan tab, you will find information about your existing plan. Similarly, by selecting the Support Plan tab, you can view details regarding your support plan.

When will you start charging me?
At the end of the free trial period, you can upgrade your account to a paid plan to continue using all the features. Once you upgrade, you'll be charged based on your plan and we'll send you an invoice.
How long will my data be retained if my account is inactive?
I am currently using the Enterprise edition. If I move to a lower edition (Standard or Professional), will I lose my existing data?
No, you will not lose your data. Your data will be stored securely in your Creator account. Although you may not be able to add any more data if you have reached your limit as per your new plan. When you move from a higher to lower edition, you will not be able to access certain features that are only available in higher editions.
