This document provides a brief understanding of how the edit access feature of Creator 6 is different from the existing feature in Creator 5.
This feature allows Zoho Creator support team to fix your app, with your permission, while you are facing issues.
Current: To provide edit access to Support, you need access the live application. Navigate to Live App > Click Help > Select Support option. You can send email to reach support, enable edit access, and revoke access.

Creator 6: Operations module serves as a central management option to handle various aspects of Creator that are currently in application settings and account setup. The Edit Access feature is moved under this module, while its functionality remains the same with additional capabilities like scheduling access revoke.
To provide edit access to Support, go to Zoho Creator home page > Click Operations > Select Support Access. You can enable edit access and schedule revoke access option, as well.
