Modules in this application
This comprehensive task management application provides a user interface that allows you to add and delegate your tasks, work closely with your peers, track their progress, and much more. With digital management of everyday tasks, manual monitoring is a thing of the past.
Admin module
This module can be accessed only by admins and super-admin.
This module allows you to perform admin-related actions. You can add names for lists of tasks that you want to group together and enter details about your colleagues who'll be syncing together on certain tasks. This enables your colleagues to collaborate easily and complete tasks with their combined efforts. It also ensures that you have your colleagues' contact information at your fingertips. After adding your colleagues, the application will be shared with them, with restricted permissions as configured, i.e., they can add tasks, task lists, and comments on their assigned tasks.
Tasks module
This module can be accessed by admins, super admin, and colleagues (users added in Contacts form).
This module acts as a central repository for your tasks, where you can add and update task details and track their progress until completion. This allows for efficient management and retrieval of task details. You can also view the tasks scheduled for each month as well as all of the tasks added to the application in the respective reports.
Additionally, you can view the list of tasks by priority in the All tasks report. You can visualize your progress and quickly move tasks through stages as they're completed by dragging and dropping them at the required stages. This will automatically update the task priorities and notification preferences about the progress of each task via email, SMS, or push notifications.
File Manager module
This module can be accessed by admins, super admin, and colleagues (users added in Contacts form)
This module serves as a unified database for your images and file attachments related to all of your tasks. Your co-owners (colleagues) can add their thoughts as comments and attach screenshots or files for context on their assigned tasks. This enables you to gain feedback on their work in real time.
Install the application
You can install the application from three locations:
- Zoho Creator App Deck
- Zoho Marketplace
- App Gallery
Installing the application from Zoho Marketplace is easy. Once you install it, the application can be set up and ready to use. You can explore the modules in the app, tweak the app to accommodate use cases specific to your business, and add, modify, and view data.
You can also add users and define roles and permissions, such as add, modify, delete, and view data, and map users to the permissions defined, allowing them limited or full access to your app.
- Go to Zoho Marketplace.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Creator section and click View All.
- Select the Taskz Done card and click Install.
The application will be installed on your device and you'll be ready to go!
Application setup
This application makes the entire process of tracking, managing, maintaining, and analyzing your tasks a seamless experience. After installing the application, the super admin or admins can perform the following actions:
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin section. - Access the Add Tasklists form and enter a name for grouping a set of tasks.
- View all of your task lists in the All Tasklists report.
- Access the Add Contact form and add your colleagues' details. This application will then be shared with your colleagues with restricted access.
- View and modify your colleagues' contact details in the All Contacts report under the Contacts module.
Step 2: Navigate to the Tasks section. - Access the Add Task form and enter your task details along with its description, start and end dates, and priority as high, medium, or low. You can also map the tasks to your co-owners (colleagues).
- View all of the tasks's details in the All Tasks kanban report that displays your tasks categorized according to their priority.
- View tasks for every month in the Monthly Tasks calendar report.
Your app is now all set for use!
To do more with this application, navigate to the
File Manager module and add images and/or file attachments related to your tasks. You can also comment on the tasks and the co-owners of that task can view your comments.
Automation
The app is fully equipped with automations to monitor and manage your assets efficiently and effortlessly. The workflows in the app are used to hide/show and enable/disable certain fields in the forms, trigger emails upon adding comments, show alerts for users who don't have access to comment on certain tasks, and much more.
Sharing your app
You can share this app with
users at your organization, defining
roles and
permissions so that users with specific roles have specific levels of access to the components of the app.

If you wish to uninstall this application, you can do the following.
1. Navigate to
Solutions and click the Taskz Done application.
2. Hover over the card and click the ellipsis icon (three dots).
3. Click Delete.
