Availability
This dashboard is exclusively available only for the Procurement team.
2. Procurement Dashboard
This dashboard is specific to the procurement team to track their procurement requests (PRs) at every stage of the process and to access the expense information. The data populates once the underlying information is available
Additionally, the team can also view and understand up-to-date information, such as active and inactive projects, vendors, and products.
Note: There is separate dashboards for Vendors and finance team available.

2.3. Dashboard Data Interpretation
Upon availability of the underlying data in the app, the dashboard will automatically populate, sparing you the hassle of creating or building one from scratch.
Key Metrics:
Procurement Request Tracking: One of the key metrics that you can access from procurement dashboard is the tracking of PRs in each stage through out the procurement process.
The dashboard will feature five cards, showcasing:
- Pending PRs
- Ongoing PRs
- PRs moved to purchase
- Completed PRs
- Total PRs
1. Click Pending PR's to view the PRs that are within Open Requests and are yet to be processed. At this stage the status of the PR is either Approved or Pending.
Note: For approved PRs, RFQ needs to be sent to the vendor requesting quotations from various vendors.

Click on Request Quotation to send RFQ to vendors.
In the Request for Quotation pop up, fill in the required information such as request ID, expected date, products, vendor type (all or selected vendors), include comments (if any) and click submit.
2. Click Ongoing PR's to view PRs that are in currently in progress i.e. in vendor negotiation stage.
At this stage, the PRs could be in any of these statuses: RFQ Initiated, Quote Received, Partially Moved To Purchase, Partially Completed.
3. By clicking Moved To Purchase, you can see the list of PRs that are ready for payment and purchase.
4. Click Completed PR's to see list of all PRs that is completely processed and fulfilled. At this stage, the PRs will be in the Completed status.
6. Total PR's will show you the total list of PRs raised so far. You can further filter based on all the possible PR status.
Additionally, utilize the search bar to locate PRs by Employee ID or name. You can further, narrow down the PRs by selecting a specific project from Project dropdown, refine the results further by employing the Status dropdown.
Components:
Expense Chart: Get a quick glance of the monthly spend(total amount spent in purchase) through the expense chart.
Orders: A breakdown of your orders, categorized as New, Ongoing, and Confirmed Purchase Orders (POs).
Total Projects, Vendors & Products: Get insights such as the total number of active and inactive Projects, Vendors and Prodcuts present in the application.
