Learn how to create and mange Procurement Requests (PRs) to ensure a smooth procurement process.
2. Setting Up Procurement Request (PR)
Requests mark the starting point of the procurement cycle. They are typically initiated by internal stakeholders, such as department heads, project managers, or end-users, who identify a need for specific goods or services.
Ideally, employees, manager, finance and procurement team are entitled to raise a PR when there is a requirement.

2.2. Steps to Create a PR
1. Navigate to the Procurement module.
2. Click + New Procurement in the top-right corner of the module.
3. Fill in all the required information in the New Procurement page, then click Create.

4. Upon successful submission, the PR will be issued a unique PR ID, such as #PR-373
The newly created PR will now be listed on the Procurement dashboard.
Note: This can be viewed by the procurement team and the users involved in approvals in their respective
dashboards.
6. Click on the PR to view the Request Summary. From here, you can track or manage the PR throughout the process until it is completed.

3. Points to Note
- Procurer don't have the option to combine requests from various employees and go for purchase.
- Once RFQ initiated, if vendor send quotation through mail, procurer have ability to add quote manually from vendor
- Procurer have the option to revise the quotation manually
- Partial delivery is partially supported. Like if want to pick set of item for purchase now. its possible, later we can purchase remaining things. But, don't have option to partially delivery for quantity of single product.
