Working with Zoho surveys in CRM Android app
Your business often needs feedback from your customers to understand their experience, improve your services and to build stronger relationship. By integrating Zoho Surveys with CRM, you can send surveys directly to your customers as emails and also view responses within their CRM records.
Here is what you can do with surveys in the app:
- Create surveys
- Send surveys
- Take surveys
- View response
- Download response as PDF
To create a survey
- Open the record.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Survey in the related list.
- Tap the plus icon (
) > Create survey.
- On the Zoho Survey page, tap Create Survey.
- Enter the required details:
Survey Name (eg: Shopping feedback survey)
Category (eg: Ecommerce) - In the Create Survey page, add your questions and options (if applicable).
- Tap Publish.
To send a survey
- Open the record.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Survey related list.
- Tap the plus icon (
) > Send Survey.
- Select your survey (the link will be auto-generated).
- Enter a Text to Display (optional) to hyperlink the survey link.
- Tap
to Send.
Alternative method:
- Go to the Email compose page > tap the More icon (
)> Insert Survey Link.
To take a survey
- Open the record.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Survey related list.
- Tap the plus icon (
)> Take Survey.
- Choose the survey.
- Enter the responses.
- Tap Submit.
To view responses
Once you have sent a survey to a customer, you can view the status of the survey in the related list of the record.
- Open the record.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Survey in related list.
- Tap View Response.
- View customer responses along with details like time taken, start time, completion time, and more.
To download responses as a PDF
- Open the record.
- Scroll down to the Zoho Survey related list.
- Tap View Response.
- Tap PDF.
Choose settings:
- Orientation: Portrait / Landscape
- Paper Size: A4, US Letter, or US Legal
- Response View: Shown Questions, All Questions, or Answered Questions
- Password Protection (optional)
- Tap Export.
