Swipe actions in Zoho CRM Android app
Swipe actions are quick gestures that let you perform tasks by swiping left or right on a record in any module’s list view, or in the calendar view of the Meetings and Calendar modules. Actions like edit, clone, mail, and more can be performed without opening the record.
Note:
- Only default swipe actions are supported in this phase.
- Swipe actions differ from module to module based on the module’s functionality.
For instance, the Meetings module will have a Cancel Meeting action, while the Calls module will have Reschedule, Cancel, and Complete call actions.
Performing swipe actions
When you swipe a record from left to right or vice versa, you will see the available actions that can be performed.

Info: A full swipe will execute the last action available for that swipe.
For example, if Edit is the last action available for left/right swipe, swiping fully across the record will directly open the record for editing.
